I, the undersigned, confirm my participation, as a team member, on the project application herein identified, submitted to the PROPOLAR call {propolarCampaign}, stating that I am fully informed and aware of the objectives and requirements of this proposal.
For the purposes herein mentioned, I give my consent on the ethical and responsible usage of my data to:

1) the distribution of the application to third parties for the purpose of its evaluation;

2) make data available to the PROPOLAR financing and coordinating entities, within the scope of general management and administrative activities;

3) the dissemination of non-confidential contents of the application through PROPOLAR's regular communication channels (website, social networks, media, etc.);

4) the distribution of personal data to PROPOLAR partners for the logistics and coordination of the project missions;

5) contacting you, for purposes related to the application/project;

6) the storage of your data for as long as legally required by the institutions to which PROPOLAR is linked
