• Registration for the Conference On State Aid Law 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") is only valid after confirmation by the contractual agency providing the the Office Conference by SNIP & CO, reklamní společnost, s.r.o.
• The deadline for registration is determined by the limited capacity of the Conference hall (max. 140 persons)
• The personal data filled out below are processed for the purpose of holding the Conference organized by the Office for the Protection of Competition, in particular for sending payment information and more detailed information about the Conference, registration of payments, registration of participants on holding a conference and printing name tags in the scope of name, surname and institution. The administrator of this personal data is SNIP & CO, reklamní společnost, spol. s r.o., Špitálka 41, 602 00 Brno, Company ID: 46966234. The Administrator is authorized to forward this data to the Office for the Protection of Competition, for the purpose of checking the registration of participants and payment of the Conference's fees. After the Conference, personal data will only be processed in accordance with generally binding regulations.

Participation fee and payment type

• Participation fee (the price of the fee includes VAT, the Conference fee does not include accommodation)
• Payment of the participation fee must be made by cashless transfer on the basis of an invoice, the contractual due date of the tax document is 10 days.
• Cancellation fees - cancellation of participation by the registered party until 20.5. refund of 100% of the price; by 5/30 return of 50% of the price; in case of later cancellation, the fee will not be refunded.
