Cancellation & Payment Terms Cancellation Policy
A retainer fee of 30% is required to secure the booking date and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
The retainer fee is partially refundable up to one month before the event date.
The remaining balance of the total service cost is due one month before the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within one month of the event date will only receive a refund of half the total service fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Remaining Balance:
Changes and Cancellations:
Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may incur additional fees.
Client Cooperation: The client agrees to provide necessary access and cooperation for the completion of the live wedding painting.
Artwork Ownership: The artist retains all rights to the artwork until full payment is received.
Additional Charges: Any additional requests or changes to the services provided may result in additional charges.
