Service Details:

Phone Consultation: Prior to the event, we'll have a thorough discussion to understand your preferences and vision for the artwork as well as planning to work around your special day.
Live Painting: On-Site Live Painting: Guests can enjoy the unique experience of watching the artwork unfold, creating entertainment and conversation starters. The standard painting includes only the couple; additional guests can be added for an extra charge.
Studio Touch-Ups: Following the event, I'll dedicate time in the studio to refine the artwork, ensuring it meets your expectations and is completed with a beautiful varnish to enhance its vibrancy and durability.

*Additional travel fees apply for events located more than 2 hours away.*

Lodging Reimbursement: For events located more than 2 hours away, lodging reimbursement is required.

Extended Travel: For events located more than 4 hours away, both travel and lodging reimbursement are required.

Media Release Clause

Client Authorization: By signing this agreement, the Client grants verotheartist permission to use images, videos, or other media captured during the event, including but not limited to live event paintings, for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on verotheartist’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

Opt-Out Option: If the Client does not wish to allow verotheartist to use such images or videos, the Client must explicitly opt-out by checking the box below or notifying verotheartist in writing prior to the event.

Cancellation & Payment Terms Cancellation Policy

A retainer fee of 30% is required to secure the booking date and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

The retainer fee is partially refundable up to one month before the event date.

The remaining balance of the total service cost is due one month before the event date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within one month of the event date will only receive a refund of half the total service fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Remaining Balance:

Changes and Cancellations:

Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may incur additional fees.

Client Cooperation: The client agrees to provide necessary access and cooperation for the completion of the live wedding painting.

Artwork Ownership: The artist retains all rights to the artwork until full payment is received.

Additional Charges: Any additional requests or changes to the services provided may result in additional charges.

Agreement and Signature

By signing and submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the provided quote and agreement. I confirm that I have reviewed the details discussed with verotheartist during the phone consultation and understand the terms of the booking, payment, cancellation, media release, and event details.
