Cancellation & Payment Terms Cancellation Policy

A retainer fee of 30% is required to secure the booking date and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

The retainer fee is partially refundable up to one month before the event date.

The remaining balance of the total service cost is due one month before the event date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within one month of the event date will only receive a refund of half the total service fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Remaining Balance:

Changes and Cancellations:

Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may incur additional fees.

Client Cooperation: The client agrees to provide necessary access and cooperation for the completion of the live wedding painting.

Artwork Ownership: The artist retains all rights to the artwork until full payment is received.

Additional Charges: Any additional requests or changes to the services provided may result in additional charges.
Photography and Content Release

By signing this Agreement, Client authorizes verotheartist to capture and use photographs and video of the artwork, artistic process, event setup, and related event details for portfolio, social media, website, marketing, and promotional purposes. If Client does not wish for such content to be used, Client must provide written notice prior to the event date.

By signing and submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the provided quote and agreement. I confirm that I have reviewed the details discussed with verotheartist during the phone consultation and understand the terms of the booking, payment, cancellation, media release, and event details.

I agree to cooperate with verotheartist and provide any required information as needed to fulfill the terms of this agreement.
