    No refunds or cancellations after April 15, 2025

    Your district may send another staff member in your place, if you are unable to attend after the cancellation date. Please submit any substitutions to Julie Riley at jriley@smcaa.org or by calling 573-635-2299.

    SMCAA Membership Early Bird Registration Deadline March 1st: $275.00 Per person
    SMCAA Membership Team Discount of 3 or more: $250.00 Per Person, each attendee must complete a separate registration form
    SMCAA Member: $300.00 Per Person
    Non-member: $400.00 Per Person
    Non-Member Early Bird Registration Deadline March 1st: $375.00 Per Person
