• 1 tiered custom cakes start at $110. 2 tiered cakes start at $200 
• Allow up to 48 hours for a response
• Completing this form does NOT confirm your order
• Once completed you will receive a response confirming or denying your request.
• I will provide information if your request is denied.
• If your order is accepted I will answer any questions you have so expectations are clear.
• Once orders are confirmed and we have clear expectations an invoice will be sent with your deposit and total price.
• Deposits secures your order and are NON-REFUNDABLE!
• Remaining balance is due 1 day before your event
• Delivery is available for a fee depending on location. I am located on the SOUTH side of Chicago 
• ALL Sweet Treats are $30 per dozen
• All round cakes are 3 layers and all heart shaped cakes are 2 layers unless specified 
• Rush cakes- within the week of event will result in a fee $25

Photo attachments are used for me to gain insight on what you envision your cake to be. We can work to provide the closet match to your desired cake. I DO NOT guarantee that your cake will be an exact replica of the photo you provide. I will try hard to get it as close as possible.
