If my application is approved, I hereby agree to pay $300+ HST to Rent Central Property Management Inc. as a one-time leasing fee on or before signing the lease.

Upon approval, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is due. This deposit will be applied to the security deposit and is not refundable in case the tenant decides not to proceed with the lease before moving in.

Two recent paystubs and government issued photo identification of all adults on the lease can be sent to info@rentcentralpm.ca with subject line as the address of the property. If you're not able to use email, call us on (506) 588-9899. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
