Acknowledgement from Seller:

I acknowledge that there may be tax savings on the purchase of the new vehicle as a result of the Purchaser using this vehicle as a trade-in. I will no longer hold any ownership over the vehicle once it is signed over to Raceway Chrysler as a result of this acknowledgment and once the transaction has been completed.

Ownership Transfer:

If the ownership for the trade-in vehicle is not present on delivery, I give Raceway Chrysler express permission to apply for a lost or duplicate ownership with the Ministry of Ontario to register the vehicle in their name for ownership transfer.

Your signature below authorizes that you have read and understand the agreement and release all ownership rights to the trade-in vehicle that is outlined above.
