**Overview:**

HIRING IMMEDIATELY. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate and experienced Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for the families we serve in the Piedmont Triad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, open availability, effective communication skills, and a sense of professionalism.

Pay will be $12.00/hr.

This is a contracted position, meaning most families may only need support for a specific duration of time.

Hiring Process:

1. Sitter Intake Application Form (MANDATORY). This application

2. Phone Screening (MANDATORY)

3. Peer to Peer Interview (MANDATORY)

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage children in age appropriate activities such as educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play

- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children

- Follow parents' instructions regarding daily routines and any specific needs of the children

- Provide supervision and ensure the safety of the children at all times

- Assist with bedtime routines when necessary

- Documentation during each shift

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in teaching, childcare, babysitting, or nannying

- Experience with toddler care, infant care, and child development

- Ability to educate and entertain children through creative activities

- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children

- Experience working in/at a school or paid nanny position is a plus.

- CPR knowledge & Certification or proven annual training

- 3 REFERENCES (You will provide this information in this application)

- LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Behavioral health experience.
