SouthFair's Bowl & Brew 2025
Annual Fundraiser -April 24th 6p to 9p
Please complete the form below to register your team for the Thursday April 24, 2025 Bowl & Brew Fundraiser. Please remember that there is a total of 6 players per team including the captain. The team fee is $925. In order to reserve a lane for your team this completed form and payment is due at least three weeks prior to the bowling event. Lanes will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If only registering one person the fee is $155. We will add you to an open team. For those that do not wish to bowl but would like to come, eat and be merry with us, the spectator fee is $50 per person. Sponsorship and additional fundraising donations can be confirmed below.

$5,000 Lane Keepers - Company promotional items included in goodiebag (you provide items), Chance to provide remarks during bowling event and company logo added to T-shirt design (if received in time). This does include a team registration fee if choose to form a team.
