Open Lift info:
Athletes gain access to a comprehensive workout progression crafted by our coaches. Additionally, they have the freedom to customize their training sessions, focusing on specific areas of improvement unique to their sport and personal goals.
*If you only choose open lift, you will ONLY have access to our weight room. If you also train with us in the morning for the performance class, you will have access to use the indoor turf when available.
Open Lift Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
8:00AM - 11:00am
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
4:30pm - 7:30pm
In addition to speed and agility training, you, as college athletes, will have the ability to lift at H.E.A.T. We will make a lifting program for you based on your specific sport as well as give you the freedom to create your own lifting programs.

The schedule is flexible. We use an app called Zenplanner for the athletes/families to sign-up for which days you will be attending. Your schedule can be relatively set, or it can look different each week!
