This event involves alcohol and all entrants must be over the age of 18 on the day of the event. Photographic ID for proof of age is required. Failure to provide this for each contestant will result in the team not being able to take part.
This is a physical event and all entrants should be of a reasonable fitness. If you have a health condition, please consult a doctor before registering.
Please be aware that any fancy dress that is considered by the event organisers to cause offence or deemed inappropriate will result in the team being disqualified and not permitted to take part.
This event has a rolling road closure. All contestants should remain vigilent to moving/parked vehicles.
Please be aware that there will be official photographers at this event taking photos for publication on our website, social media channels and future publications. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please do notify the photographers who can be identified with an "Official Photographer" high vis.
Swanage Regatta and Carnival Limited will hold the personal data provided on this form for no longer than 1 year unless there is a specific reason to retain it. Data shared with us will not be shared with any third parties without your prior consent.
