Join us for our third annual Fall Festival! This fun-filled event is proudly hosted by The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina, a nonprofit organization that strives to improve lives by cultivating inspirational experiences. Celebrate the beauty of fall with pumpkins, gourds, and of course tons of mums! Grab some food or a drink, peruse vendor alley for some shopping, take a stroll through The Gardens, listen to some live music, get photos at one of the selfie stations, and more! Enjoy a day outdoors surrounded by nature and inspiration!

Vendor spaces are 10’x10’. Tents are recommended but not required and must be weighed down. This is an outdoor event with little shade in the vendor area.
All costumes, games, prizes, products, and collateral must be family friendly.
Vendors are highly encouraged to dress up!
Vendors may arrive as early as 9am on the day of the event to set up.
Vendors are responsible for setting up/taking down their areas and providing staff to work their booth.
Vendors may drive to their space to unload but will be parking in an adjacent parking lot.
Vendors who arrive after 9:30am may pull up to their space to unload but will need to park before setting up their area.
Vendors who arrive after 9:50am will need to park in the parking lot and carry their items to their area.
No one will be allowed to drive through the event area between 9:50am and 3pm.
All vendors must stay until 3pm unless previously discussed with Event Coordinator.
There is no access to electricity.
No service, paid or free, may be rendered at the event without prior written approval by event organizers.
Business with services that directly compete with Johnson Nursery will not be permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse vendor space to any company/organization.
Vendors must advertise the event/The Gardens on their social media accounts. The more you advertise, the more people will come!
In addition to your space, vendors will also be featured on our website, in social media posts, and more!

Applicant assumes full responsibility and liability for the Event Space and the Event’s invitees during the time of its use for the Event, and Applicant hereby agrees that it shall waive, release, and forever discharge, for itself and for its personal representatives, agents, and/or employees, causes of action, or liability which may hereafter accrue against them in any form as a result of the Event or any condition existing in the Event Space. The Applicant further agrees to hold harmless, defend, reimburse and indemnify The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina and Johnson Nursery for any and all damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred by The Gardens of Southeastern North Carolina and Johnson Nursery or paid by it to any person (including its insurers) in response to any accident, injury (including death), loss, or property damage, however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or otherwise in connection with the Event. This Event Release and Liability Waiver shall be binding upon and enforceable against Applicant, its personal representatives, agents, and/or employees without limitation. Applicant’s agrees that the words, terms, provisions, covenants, and remedies contained in this Release shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by the Laws of the State of North Carolina.
