2. A Letter of recommendation - must be on letterhead of the organization providing the recommendation.
3. Most recent transcript or proof of enrollment in good standing from your school or training program.
4. Proof of acceptance into an accredited college, university or licensed trade/vocational program.
APPLICATIONS FOR A COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP ARE DUE BY MAY 31st. APPLICATIONS FOR TRAINING PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE CONSIDERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
