What is your MAXIMUM monthly rent (before utilities) ?*In order for me to recommend quality apartments, I request a minimum of $1500 for studios or 1 bedroom, $2200 for two bedrooms, $2500 for three bedrooms. Please keep in mind that most properties require 3x the monthly rent in monthly income.
