The community is free to join – all you need to do is sign up! Please take a moment to share your personal and business details, ask your parents to sign our permission form, and to pledge to follow our community guidelines.

Once you subnit this form, we'll get back to you with next steps and instructions for jumping into our community platform!

  • 1️⃣  Share your personal and business details

Please share a few details about you and your business with us below.

  • 2️⃣  Ask for your parents permission

All Teens In Business Club members will need their parents permission in order to join the community.

Please share this permission form with your parents and ask them to submit it asap, so that we can send you more details and next steps!

  • 3️⃣  Sign our community guidelines

Our community guidelines are intended to ensure a respectful, productive, and safe environment for all members. We ask each participant to follow these and create a positive learning experience for everyone.

    1. Be respectul
Always be kind and supportive in all interactions with fellow club members, facilitators, and guest speakers. Everyone has something valuable to share, so make sure to give others a chance to speak, and to use appropriate language when communicating. Personal attacks, bullying, swearing, or inappropriate comments are not tolerated and will result in removal from the community.

    2. Participate in the community
Make an effort to help others, and contribute to discussions, activities, and projects. Positivity goes a long way – so celebrate each other's wins, and if you have feedback, make it helpful and friendly. And if you register for an event but are unable to make it, or have any questions or concerns about participating, shoot the Young Change Agents team a message to let us know.

    3. Keep our space meaningful
This is a space for business ideas and entrepreneurship, so please keep discussions relevant. Share your ideas, and both your successes and struggles, because authenticity helps us to connect. Avoid promoting unrelated stuff, spam, or excessive self-promotion. And always respect others' work, and give credit to any sources or resources whose information you share.

    4. Maintain safety and privacy
Make sure not to share login details with individuals who are not part of the club. Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to a Young Change Agents facilitator. Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information about yourself (like addresses or passwords) in the group setting. Respect any shared club materials, resources, and tools, keeping in mind that they are provided for educational purposes.

    5. Follow these guidelines
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in a warning or, in serious cases, removal from the club. Consequences will be determined at the discretion of the Young Change Agents facilitators, based on the nature and severity of the violation.

    6. Have fun
Last but not least, enjoy! Entrepreneurship is a journey, so embrace the ups and downs. We're all here to listen and learn from each other.

    Acknowledgment
