This 1-day course is held on a dirt riding area and includes both riding and discussions. We will cover 12 fundamental skills for off-road riding. Topics include riding on low-traction surfaces with an emphasis on body positioning and rider-active control techniques needed for off-road environments.
No prior off-road riding experience is needed, but you must be a licensed rider with an Adventure Bike (ADV) and have experience riding it on the street.
- You must already have your motorcycle endorsement/license
- You must bring your own ADV motorcycle for the class and provide your own riding gear
- All off-road riding (no cars to contend with)
- Professionally trained and MSF-Certified teachers
- Courses are held at Skyline MX Park and Event Center in Kuna (see below for a map)
- The ADV Course focuses your learning on body position, throttle and brake control on flat surfaces first - to build your skill and confidence before ADVenturing out to hills and trails!
