APPLICATION FEE: The Applicant shall pay a refundable application fee in the following amount of $150 one hundred and fifty dollars. The application fee is to cover the costs associated with processing and approving the application by conducting background checks. This also hereby validate you for a viewing date and time that will be communicated to you alongside the receipt of the $150 dollars payment after it has being confirmed and approved on our end.
