Important Note

Completing this form is a step towards expressing your interest in joining the Youth Entrepreneur Institute (YEI) Artpreneur Program as part of the School Year Internship Program (SYIP) for School Year 2024-2025. YEI partners will DOES to offer this program, so to be eligible to receive stipend, you must also register and complete all requirements set forth by the Department of Employment Services (DOES). After completing the YEI application, youth will also need to turn in documentation to DOES to be eligible for the paid component of the program. Interns will need to submit their documentation and application to DOES via this link by the deadline.
