Notice to Parents/Guardians
In compliance with our Terms of Use, parents (or legal guardians) of children under 18 years of age must consent to their child becoming a member of or registering with The American Radio Relay League, Incorporated (“ARRL”, “we” or “us”) and the collections, uses and disclosures of personal information of their child by ARRL through such membership and access to ARRL’s website at www.arrl.org (the “Website”). ARRL’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can be found at www.arrl.org/privacy-policy.

ARRL may have collected your contact information from your child, as well as the name of your child or the parent, in order to obtain your consent.

Your permission is required for your child to join and participate in ARRL membership and/or use certain functionality available on the Website and for ARRL to collect, use, or disclose your child’s personal information. We will not grant your child access to any ARRL registered user Website account unless you provide us with permission. ARRL Website accounts provide access to ARRL content, materials and resources related to amateur radio and amateur radio operators, including online groups and forums that are accessed by registered users and members in all categories of memberships, including registered users and members who are age 18 and over.
