Elmhurst Energy do not directly employ energy assessors, nor do we provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or Retrofit services.
Elmhurst Energy delivers technical support to trained and qualified energy and retrofit professionals.
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) does not include any information about the condition of the property; any queries relating to the condition of the property should be taken up with the property owner/landlord/property agent.
Elmhurst Energy has no remit when it comes to contractual disputes between both parties, ie the stakeholder (eg homeowner, tenant etc) and the Energy Assessor who completed the EPC. However, if you believe the energy assessor has behaved unprofessionally, please continue completing this form.
