The RYSE MPLS Summer Media Camp meets Monday - Friday from 11AM - 4PM for 2 weeks in either July or August. Both Cohorts are FULL. Select which Cohort you would like to be added to the waitlist for:*

Additional Required Dates:

Students are required to attend a community screening event on the Tuesday following their Cohort. We'll have a community dinner and video screening, followed by a youth Q&A with the audience! Families are encouraged to attend!

RYSE MPLS Summer Media Camp Summary

RYSE MPLS Summer Media Camps will take place at SPEAK MPLS South, located at 2429 Nicollet Avenue in South Minneapolis. The program runs Monday - Friday from 11am - 4pm in either July or August.
Students are required to attend the community screening event during the week following their Cohort. See specific dates above.

All students will receive a $300 stipend at the end of the program (based on attendance)
Daily lunch and snacks will be provided. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the question above
Students needing bus cards will be provided Metro Transit passes
All students will receive an annual SPEAK MPLS Storyteller membership (a $200 value) to advance their journey in media with access to production studios, equipment and discounted media production classes

Upon selection to participate in this program, you will receive a Welcome to RYSE MPLS Summer Media Camp packet with forms to complete with your parent/guardian due back to us on or before the first day of camp.
