I have attached a copy of my construction plans/specifications and a plan showing the location of the addition/construction project on my lot. I realize it is my responsibility to apply for and obtain the required building permit(s) from the City of Liberty and/or Clay County and that this application does not constitute a request for a building permit.

I am requesting approval of this project at this time by the ACC. If the improvement is not addressed in the Covenants and Restrictions, the final decision will be based on type, size, style and location of the requested improvement. I understand that the ACC has 30 days from receipt of my completed paperwork to decide on this request. Failure by the ACC to decide within the 30 days is a grant of permission for the submitted project per the Declaration of Restrictions of Clay Meadows.
