This application form is intended for use in evaluating your qualifications for employment with The Classic Catering People. This is not an employment contract. Please answer all appropriate questions completely and accurately. False or misleading statements during the interview and on this form are grounds for terminating the application process or, if discovered after employment begins, terminating employment.

I give The Classic Catering People the right to investigate all references and I understand that additional job-related information including a pre-employment driving record screen, pre-employment drug screen, and a pre-employment background and credit screen following the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) may be required upon an offer of employment. If such background and/or credit screen are completed, I will be given an additional disclosure form to complete and a notice of my rights under FCRA.
