Carolina Smart - Tech Install Completion Form
  • To ensure the profeciency and accruacy of every installation, we require techs to complete an Installation Completion Survey.  This will significantly decrease the call backs to techs and make everyone's job 100% easier.  Please submit with every install.

    Be sure to complete these steps

    > Take pictures at a reasonable distance of all cameras, locks, thermostats, and doorbells installed and load them into fillquick
    >  Take picture of panel at a reasonable distance, make sure panel is leveled and in a common sense location, (if wire is showing, explain why wires couldn’t be hidden and make sure wire is secured and straight), load it into fillquick
    >  Take picture of yard signed placed outside the property, load it into fillquick
    >  Obtain confirmation # from BOT system and update it in Fillquick
    >  Make notes in fillquick as to what was installed
    >  If there were any changes to work order, make notes in Fillquick as to who approved them, etc.
    >  Clean up after yourself and if you removed old equipment, be sure to give them to customer, do not take it upon yourself to dispose of them and be sure to wear a badge and staff shirt
    >  If customer does not have Wi-Fi, be sure to install the video devices unless office clears you to wait to do so
    >  Have customer complete survey and you complete “tech survey”
    >  Assist customer to gain access to MyADT and sink google if customer has google devices
