  • Please fill out the following application to be considered for a vendor spot at the Patterson Park Farmers Market. We will review all applications and get back to you shortly. Please note that your application is NOT a guarantee of acceptance into the Patterson Park Farmers Market. Patterson Park Farmers Market is held inside the park at the Pulaski Monument, on the corner of Eastern Avenue and Linwood Avenue. 

    Tuesdays from 3pm-7pm Starting July 7th 

    Load in at 2pm.  More details to follow for load in via text, once accepted.

  • Required Setup/Display Overall Aesthetic: 

    • NO handwritten signs
    • NO feather flags
    • ALL tents are required to have 40 pound weigh PER tent pole!
    • Handwashing station
    • 3 section rinse/disinfect/clean tub
    • Fire extinguisher on site
    • All other requred equipment,etc per BCHD rules and regulations
    • ALL vendors MUST have white string lights (battery operated to enhance tents as well as truck as needed)

  • Note: If you are required to have a health department permit, license or safe food handling certificate, please attach a copy below. Patterson Park Farmers Market is required by the Baltimore City Health Department to have these on hand on market days. Permit/License:

    All food vendors will be required to provide a copy of the health permit from Baltimore City Health Dept. and a certificate of insurance. Once approval has been granted as a vendor, the additional names to be added to the certificate will be provided.

    Applicant hereby waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims for damages for any accident, personal injury, death, or property damages which it may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of its activity at Patterson Park Farmers Market.

     

    Market Safety Requirements

    Applicant hereby assumes liability and financial responsibility for any accident, injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with the Patterson Park Farmers Market rules, specifically health and safety regulations.
