We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are a great listener and self-starter who can operate autonomously. You are highly organized, detail-oriented and a great multitasker. You take initiative and have a high tolerance for ambiguity. Bonus - you have a passion for food & being in the food space!
What you’ll work on
You will provide administrative and personal support to Nick DiGiovanni, including: oversight of Nick’s email and calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and meetings, running errands, organizing files and documents, handling communication with team members, and processing confidential information.
In addition, you will assist with various aspects of video production, including: placing online orders and obtaining groceries, coordinating the logistics of different shoots (possibly involving other stakeholders or high profile talent) and organizing + cleaning our filming space. (Cleaning responsibilities may include: loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping down surfaces, maintaining cast iron and carbon pans, oiling and cleaning cutting boards, and facilitating weekly trash and recycling drop-offs.)
You will also help with social media management, including: scheduling and posting content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more), keeping up with engagement on these platforms and facilitating branded content.
Who you’ll work with
As an Executive Assistant, you will directly support Nick DiGiovanni and work closely with his team, including internal team members (producers, business developers, videographers, editors, and others) and external team (talent agency, lawyer, business manager, publicist, and others). You will also communicate with business partners such as the Osmo Salt and Happy Potato teams as well as other influencers.
What you’ll bring to the team
- An upbeat + positive attitude
- 2-3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, ideally for high profile individuals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Keen attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally travel (outside of core business hours or on weekends)
- 1-2 years of experience working with various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
- Ability to handle and process confidential information
- Valid US driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and understanding of driving in Boston
- Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of relevant education and career experiences
