Are you an accredited investor? Accredited Investors earn on average $200,000 ($300,000 with spouse or domestic partner) in yearly salary, OR they have $1 million in assets not tied their primary residence, OR they have a Series 7 license.

How? Very simple. You may participate through an investment club. What's an investment club exactly? It's a group of people organized as a partnership that study investment ideas together and democratically vote to invest in certain opportunities together. You would only need you and one other person to form one (they can have up to 100 partners total). We have a partnership with Tribevest, which helps you form the club and operate the club from a dashboard. They help you file the entity and secure a bank account for the club. Remember, officers of an investment club serve on a volunteer basis and cannot receive compensation; only reimbursements for expenditures. Investment clubs must decide democratically on which opportunities to pursue, therefor, you are NOT expected to partner with us once formed. (Hedge funds are not for everyone)
