Payment Details:
The cost to notarize one (1) document page is $25, and there is an additional fee of $5 per signature page thereafter.
To secure your appointment date and time, a non-refundable deposit fee of $10 must be received. The deposit fee will be applied to your total. The full balance must be paid in full before your appointment time and before any document(s) can be notarized. After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice sent to your email with instructions on how to submit your payment.
Should there be a need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify Amplified Financial Services via email or by phone as soon as possible.
