Terms and Conditions for Non-Profit Vendors & Resource Vendors

Eligibility: Only non-profit organizations with valid 501(c)(3) status and businesses who provide a resource without payment may apply.

Application Process: Submit a completed application; acceptance is not guaranteed.

Participation Fee: No fee required, but vendors are responsible for their own setup costs.

Compliance: Follow all laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

Insurance: Carry liability insurance; organizers not liable for incidents.(Not Mandatory)

Cancellation Policy: Notify the committee of cancellations; refunds not provided within 2 weeks of the event.

Conduct: Maintain professionalism; disruptive behavior may result in expulsion.

Amendment of Terms: Organizers reserve the right to amend terms; vendors will be informed.
