REGISTRATION FEE. The school requires a registration fee of $2,000 before confirming your registration.

REQUIREMENTS. a passport sized photo, National ID along with your birth certificate is mandatory for registration.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE. It is critical that students are in physical shape to learn theory and do practical exams. This may include the use of chemicals. We encourage students to take the necessary precautions.

CODE OF CONDUCT. Refer to our rules and regulations. No behaviour outside of what is our standard will be accepted. Students run the risk of being expelled without a reimbursement should they violate our code of conduct or any of our rules or regulations.

LIABILITY

By signing this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in this Academy involves various activities, including but not limited to the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and other related tools.

2. I hereby release, waive, and discharge HomeMaid Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including personal injury, death, or property damage, that may be sustained by me while participating in any activities associated with HomeMaid Academy, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the activities and assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained as a result of my participation.

4. I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by HomeMaid Academy and understand that failure to do so may result in my dismissal from the program without refund.

5. I affirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in the activities of the housekeeping school. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I will inform the school prior to participation.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.
Media Consent and Release

By signing below, I, the undersigned student hereby grants HomeMaid Academy permission to use photographs, video, or other images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the school’s website, and other marketing materials. I acknowledge that these images may be used for educational, informational, or promotional purposes without compensation.

I understand and agree that these images may be edited, altered, or modified for use. I release HomeMaid Academy, its agents, employees, and assigns from any and all liability that may arise from the use of such images, including any claims I or my child may have for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action. This consent and release shall remain in effect until revoked in writing.
