The information you provide below will help us prepare for your event. While we understand that it is difficult to predict exact numbers, we ask that you give a realistic estimate of how many are staying overnight. Dorm style lodging will be assigned for your event, but feel free to make your preferences known at the end of this form. Also, dorms will need to be almost full before we open more dorms.

MEETING SPACE: The meeting rooms are assigned by the campground staff depending on what size your group is, but feel free to request what type of meeting room(s) you are wanting to use. Additionally, if you want to change/add another meeting area beyond what was assigned, you can do so for an additional cost.

MEALS - Will the campground be providing meals or will you provide your own?

The Campground is providing meals.
As the renter, we are providing our own meals, but don't require any use of the kitchen.
As the renter, we are providing our own meals and require use of the kitchen.
Select which meals our campground will be providing. Our charge rate on our price sheet is set to per person per meal with a 20 person minimum. If your group is smaller than 20 people, let us know and we can discuss other arrangements at a different cost.

RECREATIONAL OPTIONS: Select any of the following that you would like to use for your event. *Recreational options involving the pool or lake require a certified lifeguard through the American Red Cross. You must have at least 1 lifeguard per 50 people that are in the pool or lake. If you are providing your own lifeguard, up-to-date certification must be provided before your event.
