Report an In-Kind Donation
Community Garden Leaders should use this form to report any in-kind donations that have been made to their gardens so that we can track donations and provide tax receipts and thank you letters to donors.

An in-kind donation is any donation of goods or services (not cash). Examples include: new or gently used gardening tools or equipment, professional services donated by non-gardeners, gift cards, soil amendments, plants, seeds, or other items like paint, picnic tables, or hoses.

Acknowledgments for every donation will be provided to donors.
