GUIDELINES
Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.
The awards are for top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or innovations, as well as employee engagement initiatives that significantly enhanced the company's business.
The award categories are as follows:
- Executive of the Year (CEO, COO, President, MD, and the like)
- Innovator of the Year
- Team of the Year
- Employee Engagement of the Year
- Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
- CSR Initiative of the Year
The awards will be given per industry category.
ELIGIBILITY
- The individual or team should have implemented a new project or initiative not more than 24 calendar months ago.
- The individual or the team should have implemented a project or initiative prior to 24 calendar months but had recent innovations to improve the project.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Executive of the Year
- Achievements - How did the executive's exceptional leadership help drive the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the executive encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the executive introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Innovator of the Year
- Uniqueness - Is the innovation the first of its kind?
Success - Discuss the innovator's recent notable contributions in pioneering the solution which led to the significant growth of the company.
- Effectiveness - How effective was the innovation and how did impact the company?
Team of the Year
- Achievements - What are the team's remarkable contributions to the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the team encountered in driving growth? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the team introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Employee Engagement of the Year
- Strategy - What are the recent strategies implemented to engage the company's employees and enhance fulfilment with their careers?
- Effectiveness - How effective was the strategy and what was its impact on the workforce?
Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year
- Uniqueness and Innovation: How does the initiative demonstrate a fresh and novel approach to health and wellness management?
- Effectiveness and Impact: How well does the initiative deliver tangible results in terms of improved health and wellness outcomes?
- Dynamism: How well does the initiative respond to changing needs and demands in the health and wellness landscape?
Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
- Uniqueness and Innovation: How does the initiative demonstrate unique and innovative approaches to promoting diversity and inclusion?
- Effectiveness and Impact: What specific goals or objectives were set for the initiative, and how well were they achieved
- Sustainability and Scalability: Is the initiative designed to be sustainable and enduring in promoting diversity and inclusion?
CSR Initiative of the Year
- Uniqueness and Innovation: To what extent does the CSR initiative demonstrate a unique and innovative approach to addressing social and environmental challenges?
- Effectiveness and Impact: How effectively does the initiative deliver tangible results in terms of positive social or environmental impact?
- Dynamism: How well does the initiative respond to changing societal needs and emerging global trends?
