1.) CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be requested to the trainer at least 24 hours in advance before scheduled payment is due. Canceling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
2.) REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued back to any client. The client needs to be certain that they want to move forward with the online training program. No refunds once initial payment is made.
