    Please fill out this form to request a Structured Field Trip or Self-Guided Exploration Field Trip at Stuhr Museum. We will contact you within 1-2 business days after receiving your form to confirm the date(s) and any other details needed to complete your booking.

    We ask that you list your school's secretary or principal as the primary contact person if you have multiple grades/classrooms attending field trips. Contact information for the classroom teachers will be collected later in this form with their class selection.

  • Pre-K: My First Visit to the Museum
    Available February 2 - March 27, 2026
    $8.00 per person (no charge for school staff)

    This class can accommodate 1 group of up to 25 students per class time. Please note the TOTAL number of adults (school staff and parent chaperones) should not exceed 1 adult per 5 students.

    Available September 2, 2025 - May 15, 2026
    $11 per person

    Please fill out a section for each day you wish to bring a group of students (i.e. if you want to bring 2nd and 3rd grade on one day, they can be combined in this section, but if you want to bring 5th grade on a different day, you should fill out a second section) Please note that a ratio of 1 adult (teachers, school staff, or parent chaperones) per 5 students is required for self-guided exploration.
