Step Show Registration – Required Documentation for City Sponsorship
Please be advised that failure to submit all required documents in a timely manner will result in the City being unable to process any financial contributions to your chapter. Any chapter with incomplete or missing documentation assumes full responsibility for any associated financial impacts, including forfeiture of funds. The City will not be liable for any unfulfilled payments due to non-compliance with submission requirements. Furthermore, per City policy, all payments must be processed within 30 days of approval. Delays in providing the necessary paperwork may impact the City's ability to issue the funds within this timeframe, and extensions cannot be granted. To ensure your chapter’s eligibility for City support, we strongly encourage prompt submission of all required materials.
