We're so glad you're applying to join us at our HomeTown Harvest Festival!
Our festival will be held on September 7 ,2024 during the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm at College Heights Baptist Church, 405 Highway 11 N, Poplarville, MS 39470.
We do our very best to accommodate all vendors! If there is something we could do to make your experience better, please let us know!

Rules & Restrictions
No alcohol will permitted.
No smoking will be permitted.
We ask that each vendor take care of their own trash.
Vendors will be responsible for their own electrical power if needed.
Deadline for signup is AUGUST 16th . Any late signups will be charged a $10 late fee.
Payment is required upon application. Payment is nonrefundable. If for any reason you're not approved, you will be refunded in full.
Booth numbers and maps will be sent out via email the week prior to event.
Setup will begin Saturday at 7 AM. All vehicles must be moved to designated parking by 9 AM. No one will be allowed to break down booths until 4PM. NO vehicles will be permitted in the vendor area between 9 AM - 4 PM. This is dangerous for our shoppers, children, and our other vendors.
