LIABILITY RELEASE:In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by the execution of this form, release and discharge the Marina Rotary Foundation, and the City of Marina, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and all persons connected with CARS IN THE PARK CAR SHOW, servants, and anyone else, connected with management of the Marina Rotary Foundation and the City of Marina, from any unknown damages, inquiries, losses, judgments, and claims from any causes from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperation with entrants and under the direction or control of entrant suffered by any entrant to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperation with entrants and under the direction or control of entrant.I have read and agree to all conditions of this application and the rules, and conditions, governing the event as set forth on this form and the City Hold Harmless Agreement on reverse side, to observe all rules, conditions and decisions of the event management.
