Park reserves the right to request the entire policy. Vendor’s proof of insurance shall be in the form of an insurance policy endorsement specifically naming James C. Cornett, Cornett’s Spirit of the Suwannee, Inc., and HulaV3, LLC., each as an additional named insured, and a list of all insurance policy declarations and endorsements to each of the coverage types: in the alternative, the Vendors insurance policy or policies representing the required coverages, including all endorsements, may be provided as such proof.
Vendor will maintain such insurance in effect for the entire Festival, and Vendor shall not take or permit any action that would operate to avoid or diminish the insurance coverage.
All such insurance shall be occurrence-based claims coverage. No such insurance shall have investigative or defense costs included in the limits (e.g. “burning limits”), and if such insurance is allowed by Hula in writing, then the limits set forth above shall be double for each respective insurance policy. Any policies of insurance carried in accordance with this section or otherwise covering the services and/or goods hereunder and any policies taken out in substitution or replacement for any such policies shall provide for a waiver of all subrogation rights against Hula. In addition, Contractor shall carry endorsements on said liability policy for Contractual Liability, Product Liability, and Completed Operations. For food service concessionaires, coverage for Food Products Liability Insurance is required in the amount of at least $1,000,000.00.
