Share Certificate Requests

In the event that the current property owner is unable to locate their share certificate, a request for a re-issue share certificate which will be done digitially.

Upon completion of the resale process, the new property owner can request their share certificate through this platform. These share certificates are issued digitally.

Consents to Lease requests

For unbuilt properties, please select consent to lease/construction waiver.

For built properties, please select consent to lease option only.

These are issued by Occidental Investments Limited directly to the requestor.

To facilitate this request, the reseller and their representative must submit the following documents as part of this submission, including the Registered Memorandum of Leaser or Memorandum of Transfer for the Current Owner, the Executed Sales Agreement and a scanned copy of the Certificate of Title (back and front). For financial clearance, proof of payment/acknowledgement of payment receipt is also required in addition to the previously stated documents.
