Please allow us up to 2 business days to confirm or deny your vacation request. Your vacation request will NEED to be approved before you take a vacation. An Academia staff member will e-mail you with an approval confirmation or if we have any questions. Please make sure you speak to your instructor(s) to make sure they know you will be on vacation and they can let you know what you will be missing out on/need to make up upon your return. *Tuition extention has no cash value, and will not be counted towards any refund requests. *Please be sure that the dates you listed are the dates you wish to take for your vacation.
