  • Thank you for your permanent makeup booking request. Please review the policy below and submit once you are ready to set & confirm your appointment. 

    I am located inside Details Permanent Cosmetics Mentorship program for the next several months. Furthering my education with the best! 

    During the initial months of the mentorship, Details is allowing me to offer a significant discount.

    There is a $100 Booking Fee per service as well as a cancellation no show policy. Please read the terms of this policy at the bottom of the form. The booking fee will be applied to the total investment as long as your account is clear of cancellations/no shows fees.

    Powder Brows or Lip Blushing Investment $350

    Lash Line Enhancement (top lash line only) Investment $200

    3. Pay booking fee invoice & confirm the appt using the link that will be emailed & text

    4. Complete the full contract that will be located in the text/email as well

  • WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

    ~Driver's License

    ~Payment - a convience fee is added for card payments

    ~For brows or lip services bring your eyebrow pencil and/or go to lipstick/gloss

    ~For lash line enhancements bring glasses and your contact case, if applicable. 

    ~Blanket - the room can get cold

     

    PLEASE DO NOT BOOK (IF)

    DO NOT BOOK your permanent makeup procedure if you have upcoming skin treatments, laser hair removal, plastic surgery, or other skin altering procedures as it may result in adverse changes to your permanent makeup. There will be no room for changes/corrections.

    DO NOT BOOK your permanent makeup procedure if you have an upcoming vacation scheduled. You must allow 10 initial healing days before exposing your brows or lips to the elements. Even after the 10 days initial heal you must wear a hat and sun screen directly on your brows. Sunglasses will help as well.

    **10 days of initial heal time before heading to the lake/river/pool/beach!!! Then again, you must wear a hat and sunscreen directly on your brows/lips (depending on pmu service area) if proper precautions are not taken your pigment can CHANGE COLOR that cannot be fixed!

    Eight weeks is considered fully completely healed.

    Eight weeks from touchup is optimal before imortant events such as a wedding.

    BROWS:

    ~Discontinue Electrolysis 5 days prior

    ~DO NOT wax, tweeze, or thread brows 2 days prior

    ~DO NOT laminate brows 4 weeks prior

     LIPS:

    ~Cold Sore History - Consult with your physician for anti-viral medication. Begin taking 48 hours before service.

    ~NO Lip Filler 3 months prior

     LASH LINE:

    ~Discontinue Latisse or other lash growth serums for 30 days 

    ~Remove Lash Extensions 

    ~DO NOT tint, lift, curl 2 days prior

    ~Bring contact lens case so you can remove your contacts or wear glasses
