For the 8-hour migration, we require:

- Library entries for upload must be available in a shared drive with associated names.
- All workplans (clients), projects, and team members are all added to the GEMS account prior to the data migration.
8-hour migration includes:
- 30-minute informational meeting
- 125 Funders and Tasks (Including 5 document uploads per submission)
- Up to 50 Library entries (Documents, links, or text excerpts)
- 30-minute post-review
- Must have a team member available for contact during migration

For larger organizations or those who want the process to be truly hands-off, we will create a comprehensive migration plan for all your programs, tasks, funders, and library entries. We will convert the data from your current grant management platform(s) to CSV, XCL, or Google Sheets and import all data into GEMS.
We require:
