Kingsway Markets Stallholder Application Form

Our market operates every Saturday from 8am - 12pm in the park area between Olympic Kingsway Sports Club and Dinosaur Park, Goal Way, Madeley. You will be contacted by email if your application is successful. All stall holders require their own marquee, marquee weights and public liability insurance to attend. If we already have similar products at our market you will be placed on a waitlist. We are open from 8am - 12pm and setup is from 6.30am. The bump in details are emailed out on Thurs / Fri each week. You pay the stall fee on the day by cash or eftpos. If your stall requires power, you need to have your own generator.

The weekly market is 8am - 12pm and the stall fees are paid on the day by cash or eftpos.

Our Christmas Festival includes various kids entertainment, Santa Claus, Christmas Fairies, Carols, Local Musicians & more!

All food trucks must use their own generator. We do not provide power

If you book in and need to change or cancel your dates, 1 weeks notice must be given by email to kingswaymarkets@gmail.com
Stalls that do a NO SHOW will not be able to attend again in the future.
