Corporate Teambuilding Experiences

We partner with local, national, and global organizations to offer tailored teambuilding experiences for your crew to get outside, authentically connect with each other and the earth, and make a real difference at the local level.
Denver Urban Garden's mission is to provide the access, skills, and resources for people to grow healthy food in community and regenerate urban green spaces. Join us as we work towards our vision of a sustainable urban future where people are deeply and directly connected to the earth, each other, and the food they eat.
Food Forest workday tasks will primarily be prepping and planting DUG food forests as part of our
Etkin Family Foundation Food Forest Initiative. Tasks may include amending soils, adding mulch, digging holes, and planting trees or companion plants.

Garden workdays may involve building new gardens and others will involve improvements to existing gardens. Tasks may include laying pathways, building raised beds, installing plot edging,
constructing shade pergolas, planting trees and pollinators, etc.

We'll start the day with an introduction to the site and history of the neighborhood, as well as an icebreaker activity that will get your bodies and minds activated! Your group will be supported throughout the 3-hour workday with everything you need to have a great day out in the food forest or garden.

Note: We prefer to schedule workdays on Wednesdays and Fridays from either 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. We will do our best to find an alternative time to accommodate you if your group cannot attend during this time, but we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
