To ensure our drinks remain safe from harmful bacterial growth or contamination by other micro-organisms, chemicals, pests, allergens, mould, foreign bodies or other foodstuffs we will only provide samples of drinks:* This field is required.

Sourced from our own manufacturing facility, or from a reputable supplier, and provided to us in pre-packed containers

We will inspect all drinks’ packaging to ensure it is in good condition.

We will only provide drinks taken from packaging confirming that the drink is within its “Best Before” Date.

We will only use clean disposable serving containers to serve samples of our drinks.

Where hot drinks are offered as samples we will provide them in double-walled cups and will ensure they are consumed within our stand; or alternatively we will provide cups fitted with close-fitting, secure lids.

We recognise that people can have allergies to certain foods and food ingredients and will have ALLERGEN information on our stand for all drinks being provided.

We will have an ALLERGEN sign present on our stand confirming allergen information is available.

We will comply with the AEV eGuide at all times and are aware that the acceptable sampling sizes for drinks are specified in the eGuide are:
