Curate Downtown - Application

Please complete the form below to apply. The store is located at 15 W Hargett Street in Downtown Raleigh (next to Raleigh Raw).
You are applying to have your products sold at Curate in downtown Raleigh. It is an at-will contract therefore there will be no stated ending date following your acceptance. You are guarenteed at least 3 months in the store. Acceptance emails will be sent 2-3 weeks before the start of the new contract.

If accepted, you will pay a ONE-time fee of $100 to be a vendor.

We will be taking a 40% administration fee from every item sold to cover miscellaneous expenses, bags + credit card processing fees. You will be paid out 60% of each sale.

The store hours: Monday - Thursday 10-5, Friday 10-7, Saturday 10-7, Sunday 11-5, but are subject to change.

You would be giving us an initial inventory of your products and we will stay in contact when your inventory is running low.

We require that you provide proof of insurance for your products OR sign a waiver that you choose not to have insurance on your products.
