The daily class work helped me progress as an artist.
There was variety in my schedule, classes, and lessons.
There was a good balance between working alone/self-learning and working in groups/group-learning.
Visiting guest artists outside my core faculty enhanced my learning.
I received adequate instruction in college and career opportunities in my art form.
I learned about college/career opportunities outside of my art form that leverage my creative talents.
We participated in at least one interdisciplinary activity with another art form.
We explored a variety of methods, styles, and traditions in my art form.
Generally, the classes/lessons challenged me.
I left GSA with content that I can use for future opportunities, such as competitions, applying to college etc. (new works of art; new audition package; chapbook, etc.)
The classes/lessons expanded my perception of the world and how art interacts with broad elements of society (such as politics, philosophy, religion, culture, etc.)
I gained knowledge/skills that I did not have prior to the program.
My faculty encouraged/facilitated discussions about the all-school morning/evening presentations in our studio/classroom.
There were opportunities to learn about/discuss how artists can give back to their communities and be an active member of society.
