Group Land Buy Confirmation

Please fill out this form if you would like confirm your intent to purchase into a specific Fruit Haven property. This means that you have already decided which share or property you will buy, and are ready to sign a power of attorney document and wire your funds in the near future.

The information that you provide in this form will be used to draft a Power of Attorney document that we can use to purchase your share on the property on your behalf, and put your name on the title. The document also provides specific powers for administration of the property.

If you forget to make this payment, the document will not be drafted and you will be unable to participate in the group land buy. If you are in Ecuador, you may make this payment via cash or domestic bank transfer.*

You will need to sign this power of attorney document at the nearest Ecuadorian embassy/consulate: Emabssy pages (see right-hand column, “Ecuadorian Embassies” and “Ecuadorian Consulates” below.) If there is no Ecuadorean embassy in your country or within a reasonable distance, there is an alternate way to legalize the document, but it can cost $200-$300 more. Please let us know if you will need the alternate instructions, or if you can sign at an Ecuadorean embassy/consulate.*
