International August Executives Conference 2025

Presidents from Regions in Africa, Asia, Europe, LATAM, and/or Oceania
“August Execs” is an annual gathering of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and B’nai B’rith Girls’ highest-elected teen leadership (Presidents) from across the BBYO community. During the conference, we’ll train as a united Movement on skills, strategies, and tactics as we plan for the year ahead. As core leaders, we have the privilege to focus on furthering the impact of chapter and community programming, expanding AZA & BBG’s reach through membership and involvement, and taking our movement to the next level. As we begin the year for our movement, we prepare to reach more Jewish teens through more meaningful Jewish experiences. Together, we will launch the agenda for the 2025-2026/5785-5786 Program Year for BBYO.

Before you begin your registration, please take a moment to review BBYO's required Immunization Policy. In advance of attendance at a BBYO Summer Experience, all teens must provide a full immunization record that identifies all necessary vaccinations and a completed Healthcare Provider Form via our CampDocs system that will be provided to you after registration.

Cost of August Execs

We are committed to making this possible for all of our communities and are significantly subsidizing the experience. The cost of August Execs is $450 (USD) for each teen, inclusive of accommodation and food.

We understand that the cost of flights has risen around the world. We ask that all teens pay the $450 (USD) program fee and book your own travel, but please be in touch with your local staff if you are in need of additional scholarship funding. We won’t let money get in the way of you joining us!

Cost of August Execs

The cost of August Execs is $450 (USD) for each teen, including accommodation and food. Flights costs vary by community and BBYO will work with each family to confirm travel plans. If needed, here is a Visa Invitation Letter for you to use.

We understand that the cost of flights has risen around the world. We ask that all teens pay at least the $450 (USD) program fee, but please be in touch with your local staff if you are in need of additional scholarship funding for travel. We won’t let money get in the way of you joining us!

Arrival flights should be booked to arrive and depart into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) on Tuesday, August 12th. This will allow delegates time to rest, build community, and prepare for Thursday’s kickoff of our time together.

Departure flights should be booked to depart from into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)on Sunday, August 17th after 4:00 PM EST.
