"August Execs'' is an annual gathering of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and B'nai B'rith Girls' highest-elected teen leadership from across the BBYO community. During the conference, we’ll train as a united Movement on skills, strategies, and tactics as we plan for the year ahead. As core leaders, we have the privilege to focus on furthering the impact of chapter and community programming, expanding AZA & BBG's reach through membership and involvement, and taking our movement to the next level. As we begin the centennial year for our Movement, we’ll prepare to reach more Jewish teens through more meaningful Jewish experiences.Together, we will launch the agenda for the 2024-2025/5784-5785 Program Year for BBYO—the year of BBYO's Centennial Celebration.

Cost of August Execs
We are committed to making this possible for all of our communities and are significantly subsidizing the experience. The cost of August Execs is $450 (USD) for each teen inclusive of accommodations and food.

We understand that the cost of flights has risen around the world. We ask that all teens pay the $450 (USD) program fee and book your own travel, but to please be in touch with your local staff if you are in need of additional scholarship funding. We won't let money get in the way of you joining us!

Arrival flights should be booked to arrive into IAD Dulles International Airport on Thursday, August 15th before 2 PM, and departure flights should be booked out of IAD Dulles International Airport no earlier than 4 PM on Sunday, August 18th.
Cost of August Execs
We are committed to making this possible for all of our communities and are significantly subsidizing the travel and experience. The cost of August Execs is $450 (USD) for each teen inclusive of accommodations and food. Flight costs vary by community and BBYO will work with each family to confirm travel plans. If needed, here is a Visa Invitation Letter for you to use.

We understand that the cost of flights has risen around the world. We ask that all teens pay the $450 (USD) program fee, but to please be in touch with your local staff if you are in need of additional scholarship funding for travel. We won't let money get in the way of you joining us!

Arrival flights will be booked to arrive into IAD Dulles International Airport on Wednesday, August 14th. This will allow our gloabl delegatrs time to rest and prepare for Thursday's kickoff of our time together.

International teen and staff delegates are invited to participate in a globally-focused extension program through Tuesday, August 20th. If you need to return home for school, you may depart at the end of Execs on Sunday, August 18. Please let us know below. Feel free to use this School Excusal Letter Template to customize a note for your school.
- If you will leave at the end of Execs and depart on Sunday, August 18, flights will be booked out of IAD Airport after 4:00 PM EST
- If you will join us for our Global Extension program and depart on Tuesday, August 20, flights will be booked out of IAD Airport - Timing TBD.
Your local staff will be in touch with you to arrange all flight details. Please be prepared to provide approval of proposed flight information within 24-hours of this communication.
We ask that you pay the $450 (USD) registration fee now unless you are still working out details with your local staff member.*
